Trissential is currently seeking a Defect Manager to join our dynamic team in Columbus, GA or Greater Atlanta, GA (Hybrid).

Summary:
Sets up framework in relevant tool, establishes processes & workflow, reporting, manages triage and drives resolution Responsible for the definition, implementation and management of the projects Defect Management process.
Overall Responsibilities:
Define and implement the Defect Management framework & process, using the chosen toolset (JIRA / Zephyr).
Familiarity with ADO preferable.
Single point of contact for the co-ordination and communication of all key faults with all stakeholders, including the business, operational and support teams Formation of Review boards utilising expert resource as and when required to triage, assign Severity and Priority, and progress defects and resolve issues.
Initial Assigning of Defect Monitoring of Defect Status and durations detection of potential bottlenecks Defect status reporting as required by the project, using agreed templates and dashboards
Responsibilities:
Identify defects raised Verify the defect is valid and not a duplicate or incorrectly raised Defer defects if necessary in consultation with the person who raised and the easyJet authority to do so Allocates defect to relevant person or team for analysis and / or fixing Monitors and manages test defects throughout their lifetime Prioritises work on test defects Chases and co-ordinates resolution of test defects for deployment Chases closure of defects Ensure that defects have been fully tested before they are closed down Authorises emergency test defect implementation Chair and organise defect meetings Produce defect reports and statistics Review the defect database and coordinate the test team to update and ensure its consistency and completeness Provides defect status transparency across the solution Provides status update on the progress of the defect during the Triage meetings Escalates defects to programme leadership when they are not reaching expected due dates for delivery
Qualifications:
JIRA w Zephyr Excel Test Management/Defect Management experience Reporting / Dashboards
Experience:
Cards and Payments experience, Issuer applications and processes.
Cloud migration (from mainframe to java cloud)Pref AWS Customer and customers client facing roles.
Maintain communication with test teams across geographies.
JIRA w Zephyr, Agile (SCRUM).
Minimum of 10 15 years working within IT and Business testing functions and has strong experience in QA, cloud system architecture/infrastructure.
Process Improvement focus.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
